- Enterprise Blogging Apps
- Custom Lists
- Discussion Boards (if your main staff have Contribute status on these Apps)
SharePoint also assist in distributing information to staff not even necessarily via web or mobile client. This also includes via e-mail, print out in hard copy or even verbal instructions etc ...
Using Information other relatively unskilled staff members through working with this organisation and armed with this information can continue to build on their experience ... I may argue that Information Management is an initial step in building a Skilled Workforce!
On average most people need a job but at the same time we all should all highlight how critical are skills and skilled staff are to the Workforce!
