"Good Fences Make Good Neighbours" ~ are barriers the problems to border disputes!
Imagine if everyone who had a problem with their neighbours started building (taxpayer-funded) fences as a solution!
It's certainly a Medieval solution (like the wheel), technology gives us so many more solutions to Security - drones, RFID, cameras etc ...
